I BUY TICKETS?
A. Go to our shop page to purchase tickets online or head to the Blue Mountains Food Co-op Little Shop to purchase in store.

Q. HOW DO I REDEEM MY TICKET FROM A PAST POSTPONED TRAIL?
A. Head into the ticket outlet you nominated as your ticket collection point when you booked your ticket/s (this will be on your Paypal receipt) or the place of purchase if you bought tickets in store and they will be able to process your ticket transfer.
Make sure you take proof of your purchase with you, either your Paypal receipt (if you booked online) or your eftpos/cash receipt (if you purchased in store).

Q. IS TRANSPORT PROVIDED?
A. No. The trail is self guided but several gardens are close to public transport or you can car pool.
Q. ARE REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE AT THE GARDENS?
A. Some gardens will be selling drinks and other refreshments but it is advisable to bring your own refreshments or plan your day to include lunch, and morning and afternoon tea breaks.

Q. ARE ANY OF THE GARDENS WHEELCHAIR OR PRAM ACCESSIBLE?
A. Unfortunately, only the school and community gardens are wheelchair/pram accessible, as a lot of the gardens on the trail are on sloping or inaccessible blocks.

Q. CAN I BRING
MY DOG?
A. No. As many of the gardens have chooks, bees and other backyard animals it is not appropriate to bring your dog.


Q. ARE TOILET
FACILITIES PROVIDED?
A. No, toilet facilities are not available at the gardens. You can find the nearest public toilet here.

Q. what times are the gardens open?
A. Gardens are open from 10am to 4pm Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th March unless stated otherwise.
